Hi, friend!

I'm a Texas transplant, a quirky natural light photographer, a mother to three beautiful babies, and obsessed with The Office, lattes and butterflies.

As a photographer, it is my job to capture those fleeting moments and make you feel super comfortable in front of the camera. My goal is that at the end of our session, you won't feel like a stranger has been holding a huge camera in your face and instead feel like it was quality time spent with the ones you love most!

A few tidbits about your girl...

What's your name + where are you from?

My name is Megan. but you can call me Meg. I’m originally from Los Angeles (what’s up 310) and transplanted to the greater Houston area 9 years ago. I was born and raised by the beach and miss it dearly. I try and go back as often as I can because it keeps me grounded. But, there are many things I love about Texas and I'm happy to call it home.

Have you always been a photographer?

Since I can remember, I was always the girl with the camera taking everyone's photograph. In college, I picked up a upgraded my point and shoot camera and never looked back. Having been self taught, I have learned a lot and honed in on my craft over the last 10 years.

If you had to choose one food, what would it be?

Uhhh... that's way to hard. I couldn't live without queso. I have adopted a Keto lifestyle and have recently lost almost 60 pounds so it's been a huge change to what my favorite foods are now. Queso is still at the top of my list though. That and bacon! Yum!

How would your friends describe you?

Quirky, silly, feels all the things, passionate, and usually dancing or dreaming about traveling to my next destination!

What are you currently watching?

The Office (always)
The Bachelor
This is Us
Emily in Paris

What are your current hobbies?

I like to bake, raise Monarch butterflies, travel, explore fun coffee shops, thrift shop, watch The Office or having dance parties with my kids. I also love to avoid mosquitoes at all costs. I always lose. It's Texas. Who am I kidding?

A few of my favorite things...

"In all honesty, we really don't like doing family photos - but Meg made it absolutely wonderful. She kept us laughing and really helped us to relax and be ourselves. We've always known her work was amazing and have loved every photo we've ever seen of hers, and were really excited to have her shoot our family. She did an amazing job during the photoshoot, gave us amazing pictures of our family that will serve us as joyful reminders forever, and she did it all in an incredibly short turnaround time."
